Where we deliver

We deliver to any address in the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Cost

UK delivery is a flat £6.95 per order, and free on orders over £100. Checkout shows the full price, delivery included, before you pay.

How long it takes

Every basket is hand-packed to order. Once your order is confirmed and paid, we usually dispatch within 1 business day, and our tracked courier delivers in 1 to 2 business days. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas can take an extra day.

Choosing a delivery date

Pick your preferred date when you order. We plan dispatch around it and will tell you if a date cannot be met.

Tracking

When your basket is dispatched, we email you the tracking details.

If nobody is in

Our courier will follow its usual process, such as a safe place, a neighbour or a redelivery card. Baskets contain food, so please choose a date when someone will be home.
