These terms apply when you use www.baskilicious.co.uk or order from us, and are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can also bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

How ordering works

You order and pay through our secure checkout. We email you to confirm your order, and a contract is formed when we send that confirmation. If an item is unavailable we will contact you before dispatch and refund anything we cannot supply.

Your basket

If an item in a ready-made basket becomes unavailable, we will offer you a similar item of equal or greater value, or remove it and adjust the price, and we will not substitute anything without your agreement. Subscription baskets are a surprise, so we choose their contents, working around anything you have asked us to avoid. Items vary slightly in appearance as they are hand-packed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged as set out in our Delivery Policy.

Allergens

Many items contain or may contain nuts, milk, gluten, soy and other allergens, and are packed in an environment that handles them. Tell us about any allergy before you pay and we will give you full ingredient and allergen information for each item.

Subscriptions

A subscription is a monthly mystery basket from the category you choose: For Her, For Him, Self Care or That Time of the Month. You choose the category and we choose the contents. Every subscription is £79 a month, paid through our secure checkout, and the same amount is charged automatically each month. You can change category, pause or cancel any time before the next dispatch by emailing ukteam@baskilicious.com, and we will remind you before each renewal.

Cancellations and refunds

Your rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for business losses. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
